Delete your account

You can delete your Fio account and all your data at any time.

From the app (recommended)

  1. 1Open Fio and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. 3Tap "Delete account".
  4. 4Confirm. The account closes right away.

By email

Write to hola@fio.app from the address you signed up with, subject "Delete account". We'll ask you to confirm and process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, email and sign-in data.
  • Your logged meals and the photos you uploaded.
  • Your routines, sessions and training history.
  • Your measurements, goals and water logs.

What we keep and why

  • Aggregated, anonymized records that no longer identify you.
  • Data the law requires us to keep (for example, payment receipts), for the legal retention period.
